Lost Product Key for Win XP Professional

Go here and get keyfinder. It will show the key you are
furrently using. Then you can write it down.

Many laptops do not require the key if you use the
CD that came with it. Many have a Volume license and the
embedded key will only work with a serial number embedded
in the BIOS. This prevents the OS with the laptop from
being used elsewhere without activation but it is usuable
on the laptop without activating or entering the key.

But to be safe get the file keyfinder.exe and run it.
