Win XP pro single user

I bought a computer with XP pro pre-installed. I did a re-
install and the installer blew right through and set me up
as a network node. It never asked me any setup
questions. I no longer have the option of setting up a
dial-up or DSL connection. Any Thoughts?

New Connection Wizard
