Reinstall w/o NT

I have reinstalled XP Pro after deleting the partition.
During the reinstall I could not choose the Fat32 file
system. The NTFS file system was listed twice. I am not
part of a network. When I clicked on the net framework i
did not realize what it would do to my system.
1. Is it possible to reinstall with fat32?
2. If it is possible, how do I do it?
