Document, Picture and Music Folders

I'm setting up Win XP with several family users. The
system is partitioned for OS/Apps on the C: partition and
Data/Recovery on the D: partition. The latter is designed
for ease of data backup. How do I get the My Documents,
My Pictures and My Music folders onto the D: partition?
Will each user have his or her own set of these folders?
