Shut down problem

Default Shut down problem


When I try to turn off my computer it gets to the logging
off screen and then seems to freeze. The only way I can
continue is to switch it off with the power button, which
presumably means that Windows is not shutting down
properly. Is there anything I can do to solve this
problem?
