WHQL testing for filter drivers

Hi,
Is it possible to get a Designed for Windows Logo for drivers that only
attach as filter to devices of drivers that are supplied by other vendors?
A good example can be a driver that attaches as a filter to all printer
devices on the system (any type of printer - HP, Canon etc.).

Is there a special program for bus filter drivers (for example, drivers that
filter the PCI bus and attach all PCI devices) ?

Hi,

I am developing a filter driver for a serial communication devices. My
filter driver is for all Operating systems except windows 95. Do i need to
get the filter driver certified from WHQL?
