about me and 2k

hello~
may i ask you a question. when i try to get the
drive's name in SetupDiGetDeviceInterfaceDetail. but i can
get it from 2k it's alright,but winme platform can't get
the name. what's happen. if another method to get the
device name to CreateFile().
