There are several systems which support this configuration. For example: Intel SRSH4 Server Platform 4 - Pentium IV MP Xeon Processors (1.6GHz) 6 GB of memory S1 and S4 sleep states However for Windows 2003 logo testing you can use a dual processor system which supports hyperthreating and high memory. For example: HP xw6000 or xw8000. Also WHQL posted an erratum which allows to complete the ACPI S1 Stress, ACPI S3 Stress, and NDIS tests on an alternate multiprocessor system. See erratum 1026 at http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/hwtes...ype=err&ID=1026 Aleks "Ronen" <ronenoc@hotmail.co.il> wrote in message news:#kjLF$hRDHA.2676@TK2MSFTNGP10.phx.gbl... > Hi all, > > I need to buy new machine for running the HCT NDIS tests for windows 2003 > server. the machine need to be 4 CPU and support S1 and S4 or S3 and S4. > Did someone already signed on NDIS driver for 2003 server and can give the > machine model is using? > Can anyone advise me on 4 CPU machine that stand on the HCT requirements? > Thanks, > > Ronen > > |
