Hello,

The Phase II and III docs are required for all platforms: Win2K, WinXP and
Win2003. This requirement is listed in the Test and Review Procedures for IM
drivers. If you didn't include these documents with the submission and
received a logo for WinXP it is simply a reviewer mistake and we will take
steps to insure that this type of false passes are minimized.

MS is working with a few hundred customers in order to help them to pass the
logo testing. The WHQL policy is to reply to emails in the order they are
received. We make a great effort to keep the response time between 24 and
48 hours. When you plan your testing time please include additional time for
failures and support questions.
