Hello,
The Phase II and III docs are required for all platforms: Win2K, WinXP and Win2003. This requirement is listed in the Test and Review Procedures for IM drivers. If you didn't include these documents with the submission and received a logo for WinXP it is simply a reviewer mistake and we will take steps to insure that this type of false passes are minimized. MS is working with a few hundred customers in order to help them to pass the logo testing. The WHQL policy is to reply to emails in the order they are received. We make a great effort to keep the response time between 24 and 48 hours. When you plan your testing time please include additional time for failures and support questions. Aleks.
