troubleshooting downloading software

Default troubleshooting downloading software


Anything I try to download from microsoft website is giving
me error message "Teh software you are installing has not
passed windows log testing. The sfotware will not be
installed. contact your system administrator" Why is this
doing this all of a sudden. I was trying to re-install my
internet explorer and kazaa and it won't let me.
