Getting the Windows Logo

Hi,

does anybody knows what the "Designed for Windows XP"-Logo
will cost?

I found out that the VeriSign ID comes for 400$.

But what will Microsoft take for testing the application?

It depends on the test category. In general, self-test submission cost $250
per OS. You can find more information from WHQL website at
http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/hwtest/pages/testing.mspx

You are correct, Verisign does Charge $400 for a class 3 code signing ID

Microsoft does not charge a fee for application testing at this time.

Applications that pass testing Qualify for the "Desgined for Windows" Logo
