menu logos

dear
i tryed my best to place a logo in the menu bar as like
coreldraw 9 or most of ms-softwares has logos in their
menubars
but i don't find any option in class menuItem in dot net
envirnment
can any body tell me how to do this in C# or VB.NET
i can refer any xtra active-X controls for this just tell
me that
