I keep getting a message that says the Itunes: Itunes.exe file is corrupt and
to run the chkdsk utility. I dont know how to run the chkdsk utility. How do i do that? And when i try to disconnect my ipod, it wont let me, so it do it manually and my music erases. then when it puts the music back on it takes up more space on my ipod. How do i make it let the ipod disconnect? |

Go to Start>Run>type CHKDSK and press OK
Sit back and watch it go thru its three stages of checking. It will take about 2 minutes and if it finds a problem area, it will so state upon completion. -- I'm no expert, but I did stay at the Holiday Inn Express last night.
