audio soundcard rec.

im having problems with my sound card and when i try
recording into the computer i get no signal or audio
recordings. when im playing windows media and press
record the track records the song playing over my
spaekers. how can i fix this or check my sound card or
recording software. It does it with my
Logic,nuendo,cubase,acid, and i need it fixed. anyone
who can help please get back to me as soon as possible.
