speaker sound

The other day I downloaded some cds to my music library
and when i play them it sounds like the speakers are
blown but it i listen to like the internet radio
(netscape) the speakers sound perfect. It is only my
computer because the other people here can use theres
just fine. Can some one PLLEEEEAAASSSEE help me....the IT
tried to fix it but i got nothing....

It sound like a simple volume control setting.
Go get the Volume Control:
Start>Programs>Accessories>Entertainment
It allows you to control:
Line IN: CD Player: SW Synth: Wave: Volume Control.
Try playing around a little to see if you can bring the
