Media Player

How do I change how my music is played? I would like to
take the nero media player and return back to window
media play. I have uninstalled nero but it did not come
of my music.
So I want to have my music on Windows Media Player only.
So all my music files have to be changed from nero media
player (which i no longer have) back to windows media
player.
