video stops half way

I have imported all of the video shots from the same hand
held camera and have integrated music from cd's and
recordings. When the file is in project mode everything
is fine. After I save file as a movie file then problems
occur. When I play the movie file back the video changes
to a black screen about 5 minutes into the presentation.
I can still hear sound but no video. Any thoughts?
