How do I find what video card I have? I have xp. Also, is ATI Radeon
series(tm) a video card? I have a new game & it says I may need to update this to 7000 or better. I don't know how to find out what I have. Thanks very much -- puppytina |

Let me guess, you perhaps have purchased Sims 2?
It needs a good graphics card to run well, and the ATI Radeon 7000 series is now old and although it will work with Sims 2, it won't work as well as you would like. Look for something like an nVidia FX series card... the FX5200 series will work, although the FX5700, FX5900 and FX6800 series are better. However the limitation here is going to be your budget. A top of the range graphics card will cost up to $500. You should be able to pick up a FX5200 series for under $100. -- Cari (MS-MVP Printing, Imaging & Hardware) www.coribright.com "puppytina" <puppytina@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news 5318D6B-50BD-4F07-A9EE-F26BB5065F37@microsoft.com...> How do I find what video card I have?
