Windows Movie Makeer

I created a movie in Windows Movie Maker and need to save the movie as an
MPEG file. How do I do this?

You cant.

You need to use some other utility to convert. Consider TMPGenc.
You would need yet another utility to author the DVD (making chapters and
titles).
