TV Output Flickering/Scanning

I have an ATI Radeon 9200 video card. I have been using
the TV output function for months, and it has worked
fine. Now I moved and when I turned my computer back on,
the video on my TV now has a bar that scans from the
bottom of the screen to the top, and my screen inamge
also moves up & down. What could have happened? I am
using the same cables as before and did not change any
settings.
