Please help! Titles are missing from video files!

I have a folder with about 200 video files in it, ranging from 3 seconds to 2
hours long. I've always viewed them as thumbnails, but today when I went
into that folder, all of the titles were missing from under the thumbnails.
What can I do to get them back?
