ATI TVWonderVE/ w/ ATI Rage Pro 3d

I have installed the ATI drivers and Multimedia Center as per ATI and when i try to activate the TV it says its unable to activate the TVand that the player failed to initialize the video. It says to insure the correct video drivers are installed. All drivers are from ATI and for Windows XP. everything else works fine. This system was setup specifically for the Video capture and DVD-R/W for editing and burning Video from VHS to DVD. Any suggestions would be greatly apreciated
