Default Problems with Serious Magic Visual Communicator

I am trying to use Serious Magic Visual Communicator but I keep getting a
can not read memory error when the program tries to load. Regmon reports
a buffer overflow.

I think it is due to the video card / driver, but I have using the
latest driver and since it is a notebook, I can not change the video card.

Anybody have any ideas?

In case anyone is interested, Serious Magic sent me a replacement CD. I
also re-applied SP1a. Between the two of them, the problem was solved.
