remove impossible

Hallo dear Community,

I bought a Webcam( Philips ToUcam Fun II ) and took a 1/2hour video.
Now it is impossible to remove that file. Error massage is that
another program is using that file, but there is no other program
running.

What can I do?

try unpluging your webcam and deleting the file. if that does not work keep the webcam unplugged and restart your computer, then try cut and pasting the file to your recycle bin. If that does not work try reneming your file and try to delete it
