Camara Drivers

Please Help!
I am having a problem with windows xp finding the driver when I turn on my camara. I keep getting a code 28 in the system settings. I get the same results when I setup in usb or firewire.
My Camara is a Panasonic PV-DV203

turn off your computer, disconnect camera if attached
Follow these step
1.) Connect the firewire cord to your computer and your digital camera
2.) Turn on your digital camera (Play mode
3.) power up your compute
4.) Start the program you want for digital transfe

Post back with the results...

I tried what you said Wizard, but the computer does not load the correct driver. The imaging device it selects is av/c subunit with a yellow exclamation point.
It should select something like Panasonic digital camera
