can't save "as movie"

Please help. When I try to save my project as a movie
(click on "save movie") it pauses and then says "an error
has ocurred while trying to save you movie. Please try
again later". No other information is provided, and I
have absolutely no idea what is going on? does anyone
know? Thanks in advance for any help

I had the same issue. I searched my hard drive for
ivivideo.ax and I copied it and pased it in every
directory and subdirectory in Movie Maker. I am unable to
save an entire movie in AVI mode to my computer or back to
my camcorder yet. All I know is that once I did this I
could once again save movies.
