Default Can't get Quicktime to run on my Toshiba Portege

I'm trying to load and run the iTunes software which
requires Quicktime 6.4 to operate. About 1/2 way into
loading the Quicktime software, I get an error message. I
did not have this problem on my much older desktop. Both
computers are running Windows XP Home Edition.

Any advice on what I can do?

Chris
