Radeon 9800 Pro Error

Whenever i try to run a any game or even 3dMark my
computer hangs, or reports that an error has occured in
ati2dvag.dll. I have installed the latest vid, mobo, bios
and every other driver, but the same problem occurs. No
errors pop up when running Dx tests using D3D, and DDraw.
