You need to enable the hardware overlay for the 2nd display. This should be
an option in the driver configuration. Note that not all cards can enable
the overlay on both displays, and not all will allow it on any other than
the primary display. I believe nVidea cards will allow this though you'll
probably need the latest drivers...
