:( Need help !!!

My computer is Windows XP Professional, Pentium 4 1.5 GHz.

My Problem is seem like no problem. The problem is I can play video ( from
CD, VCD etc. ) , but the video seem like not normal. When the PC red light
is active, it hang my video but not completely, it will still continue
playback!! But when I copy the video file to hard disk drive, it is no this
problem appear.

So can anyone help me to fix this problem??
