can't watch music videos

everytime i try to play a video from msn entertainment it
keeps telling me, " we are sorry, the video you requested
is not available at this time" Why does this keep on
happening? I use verizon online dsl with msn8. I am
running windows xp and have windows media player 9. I
can't access any videos, any suggestions?
