are there any features that would allow me to put
a "sleep timer" to turn off my computer (such as those on TV's) so that i can go to bed listening to my mp3's and then have my computer turn off in an hour when i am asleep? if there is, that would be really cool. thanks, mike |

That is simple for us, but some people don't understand it, and it is more comfortable for must of users to execute a program more vulgar to control than the line commands.
Sleep My computer can be hidden and runs as a icon task, clicking over the icon it easily appears, and when Sleep my Computer is hidden, it appears automatically when its counter marks 3, 2 and 1 minute. I created it for many reasons. One of the reasons why I create it was because we usually produce long time renderings, make long time downloads, and moving file... and when your computer ends all the process sometimes we let it turn on. If you program the Sleep My Computer the same time of the job process time, you'll be able to save much more energy. |
