Can't run a DLL as an app

I'm trying to use my kazaa and blubster p2p programs, and
continue to get an error message saying that windows has
encountered a problem running DLL as an app and needs to
close the program. I've tried uninstalling and
reinstalling these programs but to no avail. Can someone
offer some help with this? It would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks.
