cant turn music off!

i copied a cd to my system yesterday and when i startup
the computer, the music plays. A sampling of one song
will come on for a few seconds and go off. Problem is, i
can't get it to stop! when i click on an album to listen
to, the other music keeps playing over it! Even when i
turn off the windows media player, it keeps playing!
I've already deleted the album from my playlist and
system but it still plays automatically when i turn on
the system. It's driving me crazy! Any help would be
appreciated! Thanks much!
