Default converting to .wav


I would like to know how to convert a saved .wmp track
to .wav so it could be used as a sound on my computer.
Even then, how would you use just a portion of that saved
track?

>You need a third party. Microsoft Plus! is probably the

cheapest. But others are a lot better. They all have
editor availability. Choose your poison......
