Default Why Does Windows XP Randomly Reset?

While using Windows XP, it randomly resets. I could be using it 5 mintues of
initial use or 20 minutes, it resets. I haven't done any work on it because
im afraid it will reset on me. Does anyone know why it resets and what is
the solution? Thanks

David;
Do you mean reboot?
A great many things can cause reboot.
Bad memory - Replace memory
Viruses - Use updated anti virus software
Bad drivers - Update drivers to latest Windows XP drivers.
And on.
