I always have to hit maximize to get the page to fill up
my screen. This happens all the time. Thanks |

Hi Lou,
This is a common workaround - note that IE usually opens at the same size that the last window was closed at. Open just one IE window to the small size. Grab the corners and stretch it to the maximum size. Do NOT use the maximize button. Then depress and hold the <ctrl> key and close the window by using file/exit, not the "x" in the corner. This happens all the time. > Thanks Lou, Just 'Pull' the edges outward, and hopefully next time you go back to that program, it will remember to go to full size. By pull, place the cursor, at the top, bottom, left, right, one side at a time, and while pressing the the left key on the mouse, the screen can be dragged inwards and outwards. The curser changes to a line with two arrow heads. Rob. |
