Default NSW2003

I had a problem with my Norton System Works 2003 and
removed it from my computer but can't reinstall it again.
I get an error message that says that all of the files
(which may include newer versions due to live update) have
not been removed from my computer. Specifically Norton
Clean sweep and Norton Utilities. I tried using the system
clean directly from the NSW CD and it says that all the
files have been removed. I downloaded the RNAV2003
removal tool and that has not worked either. If anyone
can help me, please reply, thanks.
I am using windows 98, don't know what is the best
newsgroup to post this question on.
