blue scren on website

When I go to the web and enter anything...cnn.com or
espn.com....my webpage goes blue and I cant view the
text. Any help is appreciated.

Is there anything written on the blue screen, or is it just blue?

If there is anything written on it, what does it say?

I'm especially looking for the number codes or names that identify specific
