Default Defective EULA Acceptance Window

I am unable to accept the licence agreement at the
Windows Update website because the Window that opens with
the agreement cuts off the radio buttons used to signify
acceptance. I can see the "Do you accept..." question,
but I can't see the acceptance buttons and I can't resize
the window, scroll down or enter data anywhere. I am
using a new Dell Latitude D600 pre-loaded with Windows XP
Professional. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Right click the Desktop, click Properties.
Click Settings tab, click Advanced button.
Set DPI to 96dpi
Or press Tab key.

Try adjusting your display properties down a click
(Right click on a blank area of the desktop, the click 'properties' on the
menu. Click the 'settings' tab, and you should see a slider control. Slide
it to the right a notch
(i.e. from 640x480 to 800x600 resolution). Click 'apply' then 'OK'.
Retry the install.
Hope this helps.
