Getting ready to do a presentation at a state-wide
seminar for judicial/legal secretaries--want to show problem solving in Word as compared to our old WP 7.0 system. Example: text is all over the place--would like something that can be put in Power Point to show 1. first highlight; then try to increase/decrease indents 2. if that doesn't work, highlight and go into page setup. Compared to old WP when we just put a code in front of where we wanted to change the format, etc. I need samples to use for problem solving in 2002. Can anyone help me? Rena Bartlett Ky. At each step press - ALT-Print Screen - to copy an image of your active Word window to the clipboard. You can than paste the image on a PowerPoint slide or to a image program such as Paint. If you choose to paste the clipboard image to a image program, save the file for later adding to a PowerPoint slide. If you choose to save the image for later use, suggest you save to a new folder so that you can find the image. As Windows clipboard can handle only one image at a time, you will need to proceed step by step. Suggest you have both Word and PowerPoint or image program open so that easily shift between the two.
