Multiple pages can only be faxed if they're part of a SINGLE document. In
the case of a scanner, multiple DOCUMENTS are usually created and only one of them can be sent at a time with XP Fax. The exception to this is the use of Microsoft Outlook, where multiple documents can be "attached" to the fax message. If you have Office XP or 2003, go to Microsoft Office Tools/Microsoft Office Document Scanning - this will prepare a multi-page single document by scanning multiple documents which can be printed to fax. Adobe Acrobat's Import can scan documents to a single file which can be printed to fax. The first page is the cover page, and the next page comes from the scanner. How can I add more pages? |
