"The exact same error message solution" has TWO parts to it, one part is to
remove Surfairy (which you don't have). The OTHER part is to:

1. Start Internet Explorer.
2. On the "Tools" menu, click "Internet Options".
3. Click the "Advanced" tab.
4. Click to clear the "Enable third-party browser extensions (requires
restart)" check box.
5. Click "Apply", and then click "OK".

Have you tried doing this?

Both parts are explained inn this article

Cannot Print in Internet Explorer if Surfairy Is Installed
(Internet Explorer Script Error. An error has occurred in the script on this
page. Line: 93)
