HP 4050N - Won't pull from manual feed tray

Hello,

I have an HP 4050N connected to my network, one user that
uses this printer is having problems printing from the
manual feed tray (tray 1 - Manual). And its only from
that one computer...
I've given the user account permission to manage that
printer, but it hasn't helped. I've tried to select all
the different trays, and it always prints from Tray 2.
Everyone else can print from whichever tray they want...

Any suggestions would be great!!!
