Default HP 610cl


If I change the settings in the HP610cl properties screen to anything other tan Normal...the documents spool but do not print they disappear.....I am using a custom program in MSFoxpro......I need to pint in black draft...the original docs have red in them.....any help..I am upgrading our whole system and this is the only holdup right now
