Can you please help me? I am experiencing problems when trying to print from Web Pages... i get the following message.....

An Error has occurred in the script on this page.

Char: 1
Error: Access is Denied
Code: 0
URL: res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

I would be very grateful if anybody can tell me what I need to do to enable me to resume printing from web pages please?
