Turn Off Auto Receive FAX

To change configuration or fax setup, you must be logged
in with administrator rights. This is very inconvenient
when dealing with junk faxes. As power user I would like
to be able to turn off and on the auto receive without
having to log in as administrator. Is there a way? Using
WinFax on a W2000 computer, I can toggle the auto/manual
receive from the system tray, regardless of how I am
logged in.
