Re: print spooler deleting print jobs

Are there any events in the Event Log that might indicate any issue?

How is the printer connected to computer? USB, LPT, Network Port

Do the users printing have access to the spool directory? Printers and
Faxes Folder / File / Server Properties / Advanced.

Then check security wherever the spool directory is set.
