Missing colors Deskjet 812c

I am using an HP Deskjet 812c printer with Windows XP
Pro. When I try to print pictures some colors are always
missing. Mostly red and flesh tone colors do not print,
I get a mostly blue and green picture every time. When
printing a test page those color squares are also
missing. Any help would be appreciated.

Change the color ink cartridge(s) or run a couple of cleaning cycles.
