ntvdm cpu had encountered an illegal instruction

I am just recently getting this error.
C:\windows\system32\surte.exe
ntvdm cpu had encountered an illegal instruction
CS:0dad IP: 0182 OP: this is 10 numbers

I am assuming this is in Dos. But how do I get rid of
it???
